Security
All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed using VSP (Protx Verisecure Payment System). Protx are an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions such as Lloyds TSB, Barclays, HSBC, American Express, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. All card details are entered using the Protx 128 bit encryption system. This information is not kept by us or passed on to us at any time.
Delivery
It is in our best interest to process and despatch all orders as quickly as possible. To do this we constantly vary our delivery services depending on the reliability and charges we receive from couriers and Royal Mail.
UK Delivery
Standard postage and packing in the UK is free irrespective of order value. A standard order's service type will be determined by its size, weight and value. Most parcels usually travel by 2nd class Royal Mail packet post which usually takes between 2 to 10 days to arrive.
UK Delivery Postage Upgrades
There are several postage upgrades to be had if you are in a hurry to receive your item. They can be selected from the shopping cart and will automatically incur a cost.
Delivery Outside of UK
Postage and packing to countries outside of the UK is currently very expensive due to current Oil prices. We advise that you call us for a quote before making your purchase.
Exchange/Returns
30-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought - simply return it in new* condition within 30 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or we can give you a full refund excluding delivery costs** and enhanced delivery costs***, no questions.
*If we decide that the item you have returned to us is no longer in new condition, or, the inner packaging**** has been damaged beyond use, then the item will be deemed as unsellable and we will want to recoup any losses from you before issuing a refund. This could be as much as 50% of the item value.
** Delivery costs average £4 per order but are paid by us as an incentive. If an item is returned to us and you do not require an exchange then we will charge you £4 to recoup our initial postage costs.
*** Enhanced delivery costs are delivery options chosen by you at the time of purchase such as 1st class, DHL, or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
**** Inner packaging includes the white sleeve and contents thereof.
Cancellation Of Orders
If you decide to cancel an order we retain the right to recoup the banking costs that we have to pay for your order and your refund. Each order and refund transaction is charged to us at 3% of the total order value.
Cancellations received before 10pm on the day of purchase will not be charged as they have not yet been processed by the bank.

Goods Colours & Colour Reproduction / Website Images
It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the web site. Customers accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible but are provided for informational purposes only, in order to give prospective customers a guide.
Prices
The price you pay will be that specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods include postage. Prices do not currently include VAT as we are not currently VAT registered.
